My horizontal strike swinging left across the jaw (with right arm) for example: following through, while stepping (or hopping on balls of feet) slightly back and to the right and shifting your weight whilst rotating hip and shoulder left, extending your arm and wrist into the strike (rolling from boxer fist position around until palms face up) allows momentum to follow through, rotate chain once, hop left and strike right.
