Simplicity is not a sin in music. Any true musician would know that. This piece is timeless, one of the most popular pieces of classical music of all time. Seems like a wise choice for a concert.

starting at 2:38 is when violas have those 8 notes at my school we slur them because it makes the bowing look a little out of control so thats is what i suggest to try out

woah you guys are AWESOME compared to my class we are in advanced orchestra and we are in 7th/8th grade! and some people dont even kno wat the notes are we still dont even vibrato no one knos how to do that except for one girl which shes had 5 yrs of playin more than everyo ne else we suck butt lol but anyways i am in 3rd chair :)

nah not relle. for sum reason even my orchestra did it dis slow. but we wer an elementary orchestra back then. i miss those days now that im in middle school. i used 2 b 1st violin but the middle school conductor moved me 2 2nd violin cuz the 6th graders dis year sucked like hell and they needed lotsa help. i mite b a 1st next year again though ^.^

My middle school is playing Canon In D this year...this version is WAY too slow! For an advanced orchestra at least...

I did it in 5th grade.
Still, nice though. In my middle school, we did James Bond, New World Symphony, and a couple jazzy one, lol. ^_^
