The first part in a new series detailing my approach to practise.
This part looks at taking a simple minor pentatonic sequence, and changing the techniques used.
We look at alternate picking, economy picking, hybrid picking, and tapping/legato.

Notice that the sequence itself is largely unimportant (hence why it's not tabbed), but the concept behind it should give you a lot more material for your practice sessions!

These licks can give a bit of insight into the playing of rock fusion players as diverse as Brett Garsed, Frank Gambale and Greg Howe.

Any questions, please get in touch in the comments, and I hope you enjoy the series!
