Yeah, but I don't believe that we should think about Hell all the time. I believe we should be thinking about God all the time.

I heard "think often" and "frequent meditation," not "think all the time." This makes sense, since thinking of Hell all the time would tend towards despair. Yet as this world is a spiritual battlefield and because in the end either Christ or Satan will say "You're mine" to us, we should think often of it, but again, not descend to morbidity.

I don't recall this program ever advising us to think of Hell all the time. Would you point me to where they say this?
