Lovely location. Looks to me like a window that was partially boarded/covered, and there are large tears/breaks in the covering, which resemble monklike figures. I think it's quite clearly NOT ghosts. But, pretty footage -- thanks for sharing.

It looks more like the dark part of the room where the light can't reach the angle of the shot between the window and the column do make a shape and I don't think is really a ghost but the interpretation of one own mind.

around five years ago i lived in tintern and was pursued to go over to the abbey on a ghost hunt, as a non beleaver i went but was very skeptical to say the least. on arriving the person i was with started to do the usual "most haunted" wowo shit,. asking for a sign ect i remember it as tho it was yesterday as this was the point i went from sinical sceptic to believer, the first 4 call-outs the wind came thru the abbey or stop respectively, at this point i was still telling my self that it ...

Looks pretty genuine to me - there wouldn't be "black boards" across windows at tintern abbey - its not that sort of place! Doesn't look like the sun was out either so we can rule out shadows.

I just took a still of the pic and put it in a photo editing program. I just turned up the exposure and the figure is not entirely solid, it is slightly see through

@kyprosal1 Yes, but you can get ghosts in all colours, have you ever heard of white ladies, blue ladies etc. Perhaps when an image is replayed over many hundreds of years as with a ghost the colours change like viewing a hologram.
