Jack Feighery began his career over 40 years ago with a dream in the basement of his Connecticut home machining precision parts for a variety of industries including the military. If there was ever an American Story, this it it! From these humble beginnings, his expertise in the field grew to proportions virtually unmatched in the industry. Jacks actions resulted in the creation of KAF Manufacturing Company Inc. in 1970.
Today, KAF is renowned for its high precision quality machined parts used mainly in instruments of discovery. These products are in many fields such as Homeland Security, medical, pharmaceutical, chemical engineering, petro-chemical, and photonics.
ROLL-MASTER GOLF has commissioned KAF to develop a putter that using sound to create a better feel According to Feighery, this ring gives the golfer the ability to use a brand new method of putting. This new way to putt integrates the auditory senses to improve the consistency and effectiveness of a golfers putting stroke.

The RINGER® is the premier instrument in putting for todays game. Here are four reasons why:
Hear the sweet spot - In putting, Sound = Feel. By striking the putter surface with a golf ball, a bell like tone rings for added feel. The specific ring resonates depending upon the length of your stroke. The acoustic chamber behind the strike face aids in taking advantage of hearing every good stroke you make. This method of sound putting parallels the same tuning fork method used on musical instruments. Let the sound guide the stroke and say goodbye to a decelerating stroke.
Electric Discharge Machined strike face - The EDM process produces approximately 30,000 protuberant dimples on a typical RINGER® putter. This unique finish is CNC milled then machined to give our putters a non-slippery surface that aids in gripping the ball at impact. RMG is proud to have used a very exact method to produce an extremely flat textured face.
Heat treated stainless steel - We heat treat the RINGER® for protection against scratches, dents, or mars. These occurrences corrupt the integrity of the putter head and cause for variations in the roll of the ball as well as the aesthetics of the putter. In addition, we improve the performance and increase the putters overall strength.
Counter-balanced weighting system - Reducing the levers in the putting stroke is vitally important for a sound and persistent putting stroke. The 400 grams of club head weight and 125 grams of counter weight commissions the hefty muscles as well as moderates the wrists. Owning this mid-weight putter may not take you on tour. But, you will get better for sure. RMGs craftspeople embrace highly-skilled workmanship wether they are building putters or precision scientific instruments of discovery.

  • @conceka Well, If you think about the face of a face balanced putter, not opening of closing during backstroke and downstroke, the most ideal stroke is straight back straght through. A lot of people however don't mind that.

  • the ideal hit is a natural arch not straight back and straight forward, get your facts right!!!
