  • She has so much potential to become the world champion on bars. :)

  • Oh yea of course but she's younger than Kexin is and has heaps of time to improve. :) Her form's amazing on bars. Getting bronze in a Chinese championship is no mean feat I reckon...considering they're competing with Olympians and World Champions lol.

  • Hope to see her in London 2012. She makes a nice all-arounder.

Agree! Just think about all top bar workers on Chinese team: Kexin He, Yilin Yang, Yuanyuan Jiang, Pang Panpan, Qiushuang Huang, He Ning, Zhou Zhuoru, plus a couple of other young but excellent bar workers. It's very hard to medal.

  • Oh yea. I realised that only recently. I always thought Sixin and her were the same age but turns out that Sixin's a year younger. Thanks! :)

  • @AndromedaAiken

she's born in december 1994. will turns senior next year

  • nice! those kids have a lot of potential. i esp like cui jie. she's so cute and excellent on the beam. i duno whether it's my personal feeling, but from her routines, I kinda feel that she is a brave little girl. btw, america's jordyn wieber, romania's ana porgras and russia's aliya mustafina seem to be the most dominating force in the future gymnastics world as well.

  • something about this bar set reminds me of dominique moceanu from the 96 olympics. SO much amplitude I think.

  • I believe she's 14 this year as I've heard she only turns senior (aka 16) in 2011. :) So's Tan Sixin.

  • Yeah definitely, she's doing very well and is one of the China's rising young stars. :)

Btw do you know how old she is?

  • She came 9th in qualifying but got into the finals as Huang Qiushang (also from Guangdong) who qualified 3rd forfeited her position for Wu.

In fact Guangdong had 4 gymnasts in the top 9 qualifying - Yang Yilin (2nd), Huang Qiushuang (3rd), Chen Shihua (6th) and Wu Liufang (9th). But there's the 2 per province rule.

But still no one can beat the 高低杠公主 :D
