Nirensteins Law of Running
My gravity running technique defines me now. I discovered with a simple observation what the scientists couldn't see in all their years of careful examination. It is impossible to push your body forward from underneath to walk or run. The average person should have noticed that everyone walks and runs with their legs slanting from in front to behind them. The landing in front is the slowdown part of the stride and the takeoff behind is the pickup part of the stride. The ground time is off balance. That is how a level stride works. Nobody can stand still that way. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to understand that simple part of what gravity will do to an object off balance. Id like to emphasize that slanting the upper body has no effect on speed except for one step in a sprint. The body realigns itself when you tilt the body forward while standing still, running slow or even running backward. The jump reverses the fall for gravity to pull you straight ahead. You also cannot jump at one angle. The lift works across a hundred angles in the rotation of the leg. Dont let anyone tell you what angle to lift at. I feel a sense of purpose to help people with their most often used activity, self transport from walking to sprinting. I started running after the age of 50 to encourage my son and improve my health in the process. He was a sprinter in high school and college. Today my granddaughter is in middle school and runs with the high school team. Our families enjoy doing sports together. I am 80 and still run regularly. I taught my technique to a high school cross country runner and three weeks later he did something that he never did before. He entered in four events in one day and swept them all, including the sprint. I have other successes as well. I knew it would be hard to get something as revolutionary as my technique popularized. It puts all the expertise to one person. The establishment would not like to see their reputation degraded. But progress happens that way time after time.
You can make sure whether my gravity walking, running and sprinting technique is truly the one and only technique that you can actually use for all speeds of self transport. Check out the largest running publication. Ask the officials of Runners World magazine if they have another technique that will move you forward without using gravity. Im sure you will find that you cant even take one step forward without falling ahead of your foot. Thats what gravity does...makes you fall when standing off balance. Nobody noticed that the body moves from behind the foot a shorter distance than it does ahead of the foot. That is an off balance standing time. The jump lifts you to fall forward instead of down by gravitys force. I have gotten one response from them. It says that the editors have tried running with gravity and couldnt do it. Please let me know what technique they use instead, and if you think it will work at all without using gravity. Thank you. Jack Nirenstein email: runouterlimits@aol.com

  • I'm afraid of this guy dying mid-video

  • This "doctor" weighs as much as a cow! What the fuck? You want to take advice from a doctor that is in such bad shape??? By the way, we all know that walking/running is all just "falling". What, this is something that nobody ever noticed before???

  • I AM THE ANTI HEEL STRIKE! this guy is my arch enemy ! il show him how to use the calf ! booom like that .

  • @johnlvs2run Sorry, I meant to say Jack Nirenstein. I went for a run and felt good, clipping along faster than usual. I will keep experimenting with this and see what happens.

  • Joe Nirenstein is a very impressive fellow, and I'm going to try all the things he is presenting. Thank you to Jody Hawkins for contributing to making the video, and also for giving me a lesson in patience. I have to apologize for being abrupt to the first fellow, but feel he should become healthy himself before advising others. Thanks to the three of you for sharing these ideas.

This video is awesome, and goes to the top of my list of running videos.

  • Huh, he helps people get well using nutritional techniques and he's a total blob -- needs to get a better technique.

  • i think that guy is a pedo

  • is this a joke

  • bahaha this guy is idiotic, bet he takes at least 50 seconds to finish 100m

  • Great Tips! Ignore the other responses, their lack of respect shows their true potential and worth.
