  • @oiseautempete Yes of course. I totally forget it was supercharged. I've been working on engines where the CR is 12:1 and so on, but they are NA racing engines. Many turbo gasoline engines i've come across are in the region of 8:1 etc so it now seems logical. Are the radials the P&W 930HP?

    The low compression ratio is normal on a supercharged engine...

  • Quite surprised at the low compression ratio. Thought it would be higher. CR is on par with many two-stroke engines.
