  • Minority or not, it takes a high lsat score and a high gpa to get into yale law. As long as you are smart and dedicated, anybody can go to far places.

  • This is the best way to make a racist mad, get a education.

  • @jcballer91 there are many people with not so high scores in Yale.

  • Instead of judging her based on her walk across the stage, why don't you look at her accomplishments? She might have gotten a 180 on the LSAT with a 4.3 GPA. Maybe she just barely got through admissions from the waitlist. We're not likely to find out so why don't we just let her be? Regardless of the circumstances, she graduated from the best law school in the country. Good for her.

  • You have the nerve to call her a waste of time, you may not have your shit together if your hating on her this much, YALE BABY, fuck affirmative action, she is very bright, and you are jealous.

  • You are a hater, a jealous prick LOL. She is s successful black woman, deal with it.

  • You are a fucking hater!!!! Any body can make it to law school you fucking prick, race has nothing to do with it.

  • If you want to go into specifics, asian students actually have a harder time getting into some top college programs. But I guess i could see where a black student would be favored. O well, that's the way society works.

  • Actually, that isn't true.

With a 3.8+ GPA, a black student will easily get into Yale Law with a 165 on the LSAT; a 163 would still give a black student a solid chance.

Affirmative action in law schools has reached the point at which black graduates of Yale and Harvard Law are about as qualified as white students from schools ranked in the forties.

  • Her success = affirmative action.
