The US announced on Wednesday that it will support a ban on the international trade of Atlantic bluefin tuna. The announcement comes prior to this month's meeting in Qatar of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wildlife Fauna and Flora (CITES). Producer Zulima Palacio has details. • @Thetrutv But being Asians is lots better than being racist, I believe, thank you!

BTW, it's about mainly Japanese, not all Asians. Where did you had education? USA?

  • Greed. . . .if this fish is gone . . .your millions or thousands of dollars cant bring it back . .

  • STOP TALKING! POLITICS ONCE AGAIN SOLVING NOTHING! GREEDY JAPS WAKE UP!!!

  • Fucking Asians!

  • Russians know how to threat Japanese fisherman in their waters ....

  • @shiragi992 There is evidence to support this.Visit IUCN and/or ICCAT.

  • There is no evidence that bue-fin tunas are "over-fished."

VOA does not have any research capacity to say so.
