  • a few weeks ago i finished school and i was depressed and wasnt sleeping and eating properly so i was weighing myself knowing something was wrong and i was losing weight everyday and i knew it was unhealthy so i decided to go back to school to help out and it actually helped alot and now i've put the weight back on with muscle and i'm doing more exercise and i'm just more happy now :) yay

  • Please do a video on how to lose a paunch. That is my main concern. It look so disgusting on a girl because otherwise I'm quite slim ;)

  • thank you. this video couldn't have come at a better time. I've been doing Body for Life for Women and I lost 4 pounds the first week but then I started gaining. I do see weird pockets where the fat is going away and muscle is forming. I don't feel so bad that the scale has suddenly shot up a couple of pounds and I am doing everything the same
