The VIENNA PROMS

The VIENNA PROMS is based closely on the wonderful New Years Day concerts given in Vienna, though, not necessarily restricted to performances on that day only, by any means. Indeed, the concerts can be held on any day of the year, as is the case in Vienna itself. This is a full program of the ever popular melodies of Strauss and the other great Austrian composers of that contentious period. Once again, the Musical Director of the National Concert Orchestra, has chosen the most popular melodies of this genre, and the concert closes in the traditional manner, with the rousing Radetsky March, whilst featuring the memorable favourites such as The Blue Danube Waltz Die Fledermaus An Artistes Life Tritsch Tratsch Polka and many more.
