nice work, i did all the upgrades you would think of to the blade400 and tested it with different setups.
conclusion, it's a nice heli but not worth spending money on upgrades.
i bought a trex450 PRO (stock) and never when back to the blades400. (it's just my opinion)
no need for the aluminum CNC on the 400.

i did all the aluminum upgrades and she flys so much better my friend , and i was wondering how long it took for your esc and motor to go, and i guess im lucky cause i have not had my servo gears strip once and i have had some hard landing
