WELL, there are three separate cars I can see where they are Colorado license plates, and that's 100% of The license plates visible. So I think its safe to say Its Colorado. In fact, Its borderline stupid not to realize its Colorado and not Vancouver.

@powripper Well, where I come from, some license plates are from out of town. If I were in Manhattan, for example, and saw a car with BC (and definately NOT NY!) plates, I wouldn't say to myself "wow, I must be in Canada!"

Actually hes correct, at one point you can clearly see one of the plates, and they are definitely not that of British Columbia, i would know because i see them every day.
