Micallef is a comedian in his own right. It's a shame topical political humour isn't as popular in oz as little kids falling over and foul mouthed chefs.

It wasn't nearly as popular as the Daily Show is/was in America.
In terms of political satire (which I love), Australia has Shaun Micallef (in the vid) where America has Stephen Colbert (both are amazing comedians IMHO), Australia has the Chaser group where America has The Onion.
