According to another source, Volga Bulgarian (not Danube/Balkan), Bulgarians remember their existens from around 4-30 000 BC (starting civilasion in around 15-14 000 BC with this particular name "Bulgar"), but there is no explicit information in detailes.

In fact, the world´s oldest script is Thracian (i.e. ancient Bulgarian) found in both Bulgaria and Romania and dated to ca 7-6 000 BC. Also there are Thracian Chronicles written in ca 500 BC, according to Oral tradition (from ca 5500 BC), and according to it modern humans are from ca that period. I mean modern humans -not ape-like humans. after all Zebra looks like horse, but these are not same.

I guess, I also wanted to say, is that this Vedic information is not necessarelly true. And Bulgarians would know about it, because the Brahmins and other intellectual Bulgarians (like Lao Dzy/Bogar and some others) who migrated to India were rather philosophs and philosophy is not quite a fact. What i also mean is that Indians are overestimated, because it was not them who started the Indian civilisation.

The word VEDA is NOT Indian but of BULGARIAN origin - as Budha, Zoroastr, Brahmins and Panini were! Still preserved in modern Bulgarian language. These were Bulgarian Scythian Royals who migrated to N. India and introduced there their philosophical Conceptions.
