Roy - Riddle [9] (TAS)

This was really close to 10, but I'm pretty sure it's impossible. I can't get on the flipper after breaking the bottom-left two targets (it spikes me). And the walled target is out of reach of Roy's up-b.

At one point it looks like I touch the ground but I assure I don't. Once I start the up-b in the air, Roy won't set foot on the floor.
