Model 150 / 200 Vibratory Motor Change

This video will explain the procedure in changing the Model 150's / 200's motor from a Leeson motor to a Fasco motor. This video is also helpful in the assembly and disassembly of the machine. We do have a kit to convert to the new style motor. If your current machine is running the only advantage would be that the new motor is a brushless ac motor. Also the new motor is twice the Hp but you would likely not see a performance increase.

I have 10 of these tumblers in the shop and would like to make this upgrade, can you tell me the model number of the fasco motor?

You can call the factory and check on the Fasco motors. But we have once again started to test the motors from Leeson. They have been performing very well. We are expecting well over 5,000 hours on machine in the test lab. I guess that they have a new style brush that they are using in the DC motors that are making them perform very well

I have a burr king 200sx, and would love to make this upgrade.  What model is that fasco motor? Do you have a kit?
