  • I freaking hate drives that come with software installed on them. In an ideal world, I plug it in, a non-windows operating system makes a confirmation noise, and then I can send data to it. I don't need some manga character popping up on the screen and spraying spherical animals with KY while DDR Butterfly plays as a trojan warrior named Sony rides up on a white horse and carries my data off to valhalla 2.0 where special market angels decide what I want to buy next for me. Also, cocks.

  • damnn stop making it like this LMAO

if i wanted to watch commercials id be watching tv :p lol

  • do u just copy and paste

  • dpes it come in fat32 or ntfs ?

  • @mitch625

    Try the blue snowball mic

  • If I have a video editing software that I'd like to load on my computer but my computer hard drive is full ; will an external hard drive be able to fix that issue or do I have to clean up, save the program on the computer first to be able to transfer it on the ext. hard drive ?

  • is it still working? and does it make noise? does it come with a firewire cable?

  • @mitch625 "blue" makes good microphones. I have one, try snowflake version. They have a warranty, and they stick to it. Most pros use BlueMics

  • just bought 1tb portable. its awesome!!!!!

  • Does it come W/ BOTH THE cord fire wire and usb and an another question there are other drives for windows and software if i setup the hard drive can i use it on my mac?

  • Don't buy one. I bought a Freeagent Go about 6 months ago (new) because I don't have a computer, and a few days ago, it stopped running. Nothing was done to it- the body is in perfect condition. Seagate's warranty will give me a replacement, but in order to recover the files (and to be honest, those are worth far more to me than their hard drive), I would have to pay over $1000 for data recovery. This is the second Seagate I've owned, and the exact same thing happened before.

  • What's with the US flag?? You're English!
