The law was made to keep people from abusing the 1st and 14th amendments when it came to animal rights protest. if 1st amendment rights start to promote things like shooting or harrasing people then it's not protected by the 1st amendment.
things like crowding people and calling them "animal killers", or throwing buckets of red paint over them isn't protected by the first amendment.
I just heard about this and people in Prison for simply protesting peacefully. Thank you for extending my knowledge. I didn't know what the "law" was called. And....I love Dennis Kucinich.
