  • Starving yourself can't even make you lose 10 pounds in 3 days... Just saying.

    This lady has the right idea, but you can't expect results that quickly.

  • @NotEmoNotSceneJustMe starving yourself will make your body enter starvation mode. And you won't loose any weight. But if you eat and break your body's insulin cycle and make it use fat for energy by taking in protein foods that are low in carbs. Just hop on the bike at a gym or walk about a mile briskfully. Then comeback and say..."HEY GIRL YOU WAS RIGHT".... thanx for your comment your amazing xoxoxo
