perfect vid...str8 to the point and local...we share similar taste because the bottle of house wine is pretty much the only red i drink too...hah

Shrimp turned out prfect, simple but with tons of flavor and best of all the breading stuck well to the shrimp and was nice and crunchy. Thanks again.

I cant wait to cook this for myself. When i lived in new orleans i became addicted to these poboys and have missed them dearly. You cant get fried shrimp poboys up north and it sucks! oh well i just have learn to cook them myself. I am a true yankee but i do miss the southern cookin a lot. I had to subscribe!
