I'm digging that guitar. Did you get a chance to play or listen to it?
I haven't done any experiments with Karlson Waveguides. From what I understand, the baffle is not used to 'vibrate' along with the sound (as someone in an unrelated video noted incorrectly). Perhaps it may be worth experimenting with a concrete enclosure (or baffle)--I presume the Karlson Waveguide is more prone to enclosure vibration?
I'd love to view dispersion plots, if you ever post them.
