I took a day trip up to The Parisi School in Fair Lawn to meet with Martin Rooney and learn from him. After traveling the world for the past few years to study the most intensive way possible, IN the trenches, Martin has a new book and was NOT short on amazing information and awesome workouts.

This is Part 3 with plenty more to come.

I'm going through one round of the Hurricane, where the other fighters breezed through THREE rounds.

These guys are damn impressive and Martin puts together some deadly training for these guys, although more deadly for their competition because it seems like NOTHING tires these MMA fighters out!

You'll see me getting in the trenches training with top MMA fighters and plenty more. This was an amazing learning experience so be ready to take notes!

Enjoy the Vid and feel free to share this with your friends, family, colleagues or anyone else who wants to see some ass kickin workout vids!

Lead from the FRONT!

  • @TaeIeon Can you help me out??? What exactly is the workout? How much sprinting, what speeds, and how much lifting?

I've asked on another video of this and haven't heard back.

    Please help?

  • where can i get those treadmills

  • i did this workout today (3 rounds),

WOW! it was incredible, i have never sweat this much in such a short time.

  • Great warm up! This is the shit people. This is how you train for anything and everything.

  • The purpose of this was conditioning for upcoming fights. You could do it after any workout, much like interval training.

  • It does seem that this workout is enough indeed!

  • i thik this is a workout itself and should not be blended in with other lifting. this is only round one, he said 3 rounds
