@skywiz3 wtf uses pads because it is full contact unlike itf taekwondo. And btw just so u know if u were to get kicked even with a pad on it still hurts like hell (speaking from personal experience!) But then again to each unto his own : )

I must say, I'm a practitioner of Shaolin Kempo myself (I'm not too shabby, if I may say so myself) and I'm not usely impressed by TKD, especially the breaktests do not impress me. But I must say, this was one really good demonstration. I still don't like some parts of TKD, but it's definitely very interesting. :)
I would like everyone to take up martial arts! Any martial arts would do. It'll help you in every sort of way (especially discipline). Doesn't matter if it's TKD, Karate or Kung Fu!
