Me too. I would have to ignore what you said before though, like the notion that Mises and Rothbard had disagreements on issues of sovereignity. But, since you say you want to debate man-o-man, lets do it... on weekends. :)
@utubehayter -- Wow. Let's not be absolutists. If or when you want to debate then you will step forward in debate fashion -- I'm open to that. Let's use not "authority" quotes and speak from our understanding, no qualifiers such as "Mises said this" or "Rothbard said that" -- chest to chest.
I am not saying I am an expert on rothbard, but when you say things like "So Rothbard is WRONG
Tax is ALWAYS and ONLY on the Consumer (directly or indirectly)."
Obviously you don't know what rothbard has said. It seems you are interested in hair-splitting and strawmanning both Rothbard and Mises. Its a waste of time arguing with you. Happy bickering!
@utubehayter -- You are putting yourself as the expert in regard to having "properly" read Rothbard, which is absurd. Rothbard argues "self-ownership" and that the owner is the individual (the one to be protected - the one with rights). Mises argues "consumer sovereignty" and that the consumer is the individual. A person can go from owner to non-owner but he can never be a non-consumer -- consumer is the universal identifier, it has the largest number of people under it (everyone in fact).
You are talking about what Rothbard is saying, without knowing that Rothbard already answered these arguments (maybe not to your satisfaction? i don't know). To ask you to read him is not argument from authority. It is a request to read what the man wrote and then speak to it!
@utubehayter -- Argument by Authority is not an Argument but rather a "hissy fit." I actually have an advanced degree in Economics and have studied Rothbard and Mises for 7 years -- Voted for Ron Paul in 1988. I NEVER said "monopoly of force" is a good thing. A "natural" monopoly can only exist in the short-run in a free-society. To have property rights (by law or force-agency) in the long-run is anti-thesis to the short-run natural monopoly as it pertains to "self-defense of possessions"
Octobox, you are sorely wrong not only about rothbard but also economics. Please read and understand what Rothbard is saying before criticizing him, it would help you make your arguments to more sensible, if it is possible at all. If not, you would actually understand what rothbard is saying and drop the delusion of "monopoly of force =good"

Millionth: This is too complex to break it down to you in 500 character sound bites.
Send me a message or note and I'll explain Mises to you.
Rothbard is a Propertarian
Mises was a Consumer-Individualist
Consumer-Sovereignty Free-Market is not the same as a Owner-Sovereignty "Free-Market" (Rothbardianism).
Send me a note and I'll break it down.
