Actually it is in the key of Bflat major.. Yes, they are enharmonic, and therefore this fact is not necessary if you are to merely play the notes, but if you wish to play "the rest" you need to know the proper key.
There is no "rest", that is all she plays. However, if you want to flourish it, the chord progression is Bflat -F -Bflat-E flat m-F- B flat. As long as you play the chords, you can add anything you want within the key signature. Use ultimate guitar to guide you.
