Hello again.I in no way shape or form was criticising the man.
I'm writing this in America in 2010.If there were a market ,or even an audience for his work,it would make my life MUCH easier.I LOVE his material, and would like his getting appreciation.

It would be marvellous if more of this underrated genius' work was available on youtube. All that's available is the, admittedly, brilliant Bricklayer's sick note. Swiss hotel brochures for example.

@charitonius77 I absolutely agree; all i have of his work are on records. I think part 3 has a hotel translations part...

I bought a 1959 yearbook eleven years ago,and noticed someone I was unfamiliar with had died at the age of 34.I realised later it was the same person who had hit #4 on the british album chart.Took me seven years to find out HOW he died, and every scrap of evidence led me to believe this was a unique person, worthy of the research.I hear no other voice except HIS on this, and no complaints. In another time,I would tell everyone about this man.Minds today likely wouldn't appreciate him.Unique.

@novicethe I think alot of people stumble across him; I found this record in a charity shop. His humour, wit and storytelling are second to none ! On the contrary to what you say about not telling everyone about him.... Ive played this record to loads of friends who all unanimously die of laughter listening to it.
