12 pounds? Sis you are doing a whole lot better than a lot of people..including myself! lol Please be persistent. Some tricks ive learned: Drink 8oz of water per one pound of weight. Dont eat carbs at least 3 hours prior to bedtime. Drink green rea at nite. And try to do Burst Training or treadmill in intervals.
You're doing so well. We all have our bad days/weeks. This week I've gone over my calories by about 1500 and have been easy on my exercise. I'm treating it as a "cheat" week and it makes me more determined for next week. Don't worry. You'll be fine! :)
