  • nothing about break angle or how much slack,,,,,,,,,,,,

  • @garybeachcomber The break angle is normally specific to the instrument and as far as slack or "run up" on the string - you can put anywhere from one to three complete turns of the string around the tuner and it will be fine. This is more of a preference then a real recommendation.

  • Why on earth are you taking all the strings off at once...

  • @nellings6 There are many ways to proverbially skin a cat. Some players prefer not to take off all of the strings, while other do and can. Removing all the strings at one time, doesn't do harm to your instrument.

  • I don't like this method since it puts a tight bend in the string (by running over the crossed string) and is more subject to break when re-tuning. I've tried it this way before many years ago. Heavier strings might be good with this though. Good video.

  • My string didnt break it just Gave out its stretched and theres the fat part and the at the end it bottom of the gutiar its thin and it feels like the string its stuck in the body i need help fast!
