Ill try this out because im lack on energy. This summer, i used to work full time, and play soccer after work, how ever i did realize i was serious luck of energy, also protein. ill give it a try and let you know.

The shake itself is good, but proteins are overrated? to build muscles you need proteins because that is what muscles are made out of. It's like building a house, you cant build it out of water because it's made out of wood and stone. same thing for your muscles, it's made out of proteins and therefor you need it to build muscles..anyways..the shake itself is good.

mic love your video man,im 5`10 209 pounds,lost 65pds try`n to get to 190 lean as possible without beef or chicken any recommendations ie more strength train or more cardio cause i still have pop belly thx again for video ,drink very good, verdict still out on acai lots of scammers out there

@vitamixmanmania You can do it without meat, I know plenty of people that do. If you dont mind animal protein you can by a low sodium,fat and carb protein or you can stick to the hemp. Cardio and weights are important for the athletic look. Be open to all training styles from lifting heavy to yoga I know you will accomplish your goals good luck to you
