i have an iMac G4 running 10.5.8. its a fantastic machine however when i am on youtube the video doesn't play properly. there is drag in the video as in it stops starts stops starts. the audio is running fine. any recommendations to fix this problem. should i upgrade the ram? there are two rams with 256mb and the other with 1 gb. what do u reckon?

i love my old imac g4 it's the 17'' 1,25 ghz with 1 gb ram 100 gb hdd
running 10.5.8 it's not my main mac , but i love the desing so i still have it setup in my living room ^^

I have this beautiful style iMac myself. Mine is a 20" iMac G4, 2mb ram, combo CD/DVD drive, original mouse, keyboard, round speakers, and original camera that sits on top. Retro cool. I put a brand-new hard drive in mine (yes installed properly with heat sink paste and such). Definitely going to be a serious collectors item if it isn't already.

Do you think that a 17 inch one with 1.25 GHz processor and 684 MB of ram (Upgradable) iMac G4 is worth $386? I don't plan on using it heavily like my MacBook.

So how does this run for you? My little sister would really like a Mac desktop. But we can't spend a whole lot on one. I was thinking this would be perfect for her, but
1) How well does Youtube work on it?
2) How well do Flash games work on it?
