Ok, something embarrassing about me...
I'm going to chosse something that deals with health...
I smoke cigarettes. Ok, so that isn't exactly embarrassing. The thing is... most of my family thinks that I quit... a couple years ago. I'm 28 years old and I hide the fact that I smoke from my family. When I go see them I'm always fresh out of the shower so I don't smell of smoke.
Ok, so how I stay at my ideal weight. It really is easy. I stay very active. Plain and simple. I eat healthy and move.

The RH of OC was about half the women who live there -- shallow blond bimbos. Great watching. The RH of NYC is not about socialites, as it pretends . . . it's about wealthy, classless c**ts. Totally horrible.

GO TO GYM ROUTINELY. At first, your goal should be nothing more than I'm going to the gym 3 times this week. And if you get there and sit in the lobby and read a book or blog on your new Mac...you accomplished your goal. Do this for a month or more...and you'll have the routine down. That's the biggest hurdle! That's where most people fail on the get go...go out too fast, have unrealistic expectations, get sore, and begin skipping...and its back to the couch potato life. START SLOW.
