@kalai131 Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to comment. I read your profile. Interesting. Big J's Extreme Fitness is the name of my gym that I have owned and operated for 18 years as well as the approach we take to our training. Being in my mid 40's a former competitive bodybuilder and approx 30 years in the industry it has to be Extreme to keep up in the sport. Best wishes..
