Yea that sucks about the give a give a Garmin, but at least you got a back up. I am definitely gonna start this, just joined the site.

@dxporker Sometimes the most effective lessons hurt the most. I won't do that again :-(

@Allen2045 It's called geocaching. It's like going on a scavenger hunt except you use a GPS. there are geocaching web sites that give you coordinates you can program into your GPS that get you close. Then you have to hunt around to find the container. Sometimes it is big, sometimes they are tiny. Once you find it, you sign the log, and then when you go back home, you can updater the log on the web site. Just something to do with the kids.

@ebomey Thanks. I was lucky it was the old one.  I can probably find a newer more curate one on craig's list relatively cheap...$50?
