  • @Driinex yea. right. maybe if your clarinets were like at national level. I can barely play it this fast. I also seriously doubt that middle schoolers can play a slide on a clarinet.

  • très très beau concert! jubilee très émouvant! bravo à tous les musiciens et au chef d'orchestre!!

  • 2 people broke their reeds today:D

  • @drkmge4 I know in america we dont influence music to kids to that rigor but in other areas its actually quite incredible. I agree that i doubt any middle schooler can perform at this quality but heres an example of some young kids who are phenomenal. /watch?v=0OgQbEhJc3Q&list=FLmKbU40Y6vfq-G8r4JVdsCQ&index=45&feature=plpp_video

  • @RazgrizNinjaEX8 If there is any video of it, I don't know where it is. This is going on 15 years ago that I was in jr high.

  • @Driinex

False unless any proof is up.

That is nearly impossible to believe.

  • my band director wants us to play this in a concert, were only in 8th grade...

  • I like it but it's a little too slick I like clarinet polka to basically be the polka equiv. of dueling banjos -- you should have 3 clarinets and a trumpet and a sax all up there taking turns trying to outplay each other getting faster and faster and more flourishes each time etc. More of an informal jam than a well-produced big band sound like this

  • @drkmge4 It was a private school, most of us had been trained since we could hold the damn things. Besides, the soloist [non existant in my opinion on this vid] was an 8th grader. She was great. AND it was the Jazz band. We were miles above the rest of the band.

  • Eh...my jr high band could do better than this...They didn't get enough brass in there, and their tempo was a little off...

  • I absolutely LOVE how they deliberaterly try to derail this song and fail, still soundijng awesome XD
