  • Is Palin running for the President?

  • she will be a heart beat away from the presidency, so if anything happens to McCain she is. She herself has asked what a VP does. We need to be sure she can be at his age and past medical records. Do you feel she is the best republican ready to step in if need be?

  • At what point do we hold McCain responsible for this disaster? Children were thrown under the bus by a man who has a lifetime of experience telling him what would happen. Did he exercise good judgement in willingly putting this poor girl in the already vicious political fight with the world watching? They both had to have known this was coming.

Suddenly, ruthless investigating is the fault of the democrats. I don't think so...IT WAS JOHN MCCAIN WHO PUT HER IN THE ULTIMATE FIGHT.

  • I agree completely!

It was not the 17 yr old who chose to be in the middle of this, but why would John McCain and her mom knowing all of this put her into this spotlight

Not to mention, Palin is under investigation and had to hire a lawyer!

I guess one meeting wasn't enough since now he is sending more people to Alaska to vet Her further.

Note: on the corruption allegation supposedly there is a phone call and emails to validate she told an official to fire a trooper

  • I believe Obama when he says that he has no involvement in making an issue over the girl. But I do believe that the "investigation" into whether or not Trig was Palin's our her daughter's was a worthy one in that it would've showcased whether or not Palin lied. The question wasn't so much on the girl as much as was on Palin herself. I believe it made matters a hair worse for themselves by not just making a statement about it up front. Any further inquiry would've then been crossing the line.

  • point well made, I agree. If they just put it out there right away it would not have been a shocker. Now they seem a tad misleading in her white picket fence family intro. They should have just been real about it.

  • if you say that palin has as much foreign policy experience as obama, then you either think that they are both qualified or neither of them are qualified. So make up your mind and stop contradicting yourselves.

  • Name one world tour Palin has done. What world leaders has she spoken with. Stop spreading your ignorance

  • No matter how limited Palin's foreign relations experience is, it is on par with Obama's.

Why is this an issue, if Obama wins, we have a foreign policy novice.

If McCain wins, and then dies, we have a foreign policy novice. If he makes it a few years before kicking the bucket, Palin will no doubt be more prepared than Obama would be upon taking office.

I think you should run, sounds like you have more foreign experience than Obama as well.

He lived in Indonesia for 3 or 4 years when he was in 1st - 4th grade.

It is clear that neither the Republican VP candidate nor the Democratic presidential candidate have any experience in foreign relations.

Obama has 0 executive experience, Palin limited legislative experience (city council) but she does Trump Obama in the executive experience area. Mayor, Governor & business owner.

  • I like how he never answers the question.

More importantly, THE MEDIA IS DOING THEIR JOB, OMG!!!!!

  • I lived in Australia for four years and England for three. I have been to France, Germany, Austria, Spain, the Netherlands, Wales, Scotland, Italy, Russia, Thailand, New Zealand, and many more countries.

I am eighteen years old and I have more "foreign experience" than the Republican vice-presidential nominee.
