I find watching Plamo Tsukurou gets me excited about building and painting Gunpla again. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. ^_^

I watch a video review of a kit I'm interested in. Once I see someone else's paint job/ hardwork it gets me pumped to put in as much, or if not more effort than they did.

There are several possible things that I do.
Sometimes I re-visit the source material. Nothing reminds you why you got the kit quite like seeing it in action.
Also, I try doing things I've never tried before.
Custom paint jobs and/or kitbashes are great ways to mix it up.
And if all else fails, I just take a long break from Gunpla. Usually, when school starts up for me, I don't have any time to work on my kits.
So by the time a vacation roll around, I'm quite anxious to get started again.

Actually Z, I've been blocked / dead / out of motivation the past 6 months if you've noticed my last stop motion / gunpla videos =\ I've been looking around the recent stop motions and gunplas to keep me motivated but none worked so far but i've been looking at the gelgoog 2.0 lately hopefully if i buy it. Maybe it would spark my "flame" again xD i like gelgoogs at heart o,o

Usually when i get a kit i immediately build it. I dont know why i cant let it sit there. I get pretty excited when i get a kit. But thats just me.

this a big question ive been asking myself. i havent done/uploaded anything in about two months and i cant seem to shake this rut...
i think i need to try doing a cheap project, something to break things up a bit instead of trying to keep scraping money together for another big MG project.
