  • @sugarpoultry incomparable version!!

  • I always cry on that part where all the voices sing together. What triggers me more was the video clip of the nativity story showed on the screen while this song is sang on the background!! Such a very beautiful Christmas song! Thanks you so much dear God for bringing Jesus our saviour to us!!!

  • stunning of course, these folks hardly ever go wrong...but a bit more volume would have been nice

  • As Steve Howe, the virtuoso guitarist of YES once said..."...if you're a musician, you ARE music.". I'm a musician; the picture to the right is the cover to my CD, Google it and listen to it and you'll see what I mean. You can buy it from cdbaby.com.

This is my favorite carol, and the Mormons can't be topped on this version. Tears and a tight throat the whole time I listened. The violins at intro and in the links are so, so soulful. Merry Christmas, everyone.

  • @jessicalynnstrom well you can in fact there was a male member of the choir a few years ago that wanted to sing with them so much that he joined the lds church he sang with the choir for sometime,he is still a member of the mormon church to this day, but you must know how to read music and you pay for your own travel expenses ,as the church does not pay any expenses, th choir is not paid they are members willingly because they enjoy singing, and traveling all over the world.

  • Sounds like a Gregorian Chant.

  • @milwparnassum Hey, it is on the "Rejoice and Be Merry" Christmas CD which is available on iTunes. It is the third track listing, but to be honest, the entire CD is worth purchasing. Merry Christmas!

  • where can i get an mp3 of this? pathetic iTunes doesn't carry it (unless gaga does it)

  • One of the most beautiful renditions of this song. ^_^

  • Time to break out all the Christmas music!
