when i apply the theme, it puts up the dumb windows classic theme no matter what theme i apply. wtf? can anyone help me? i am using vista 32bit.

someone help me when i change my theme on it , it works but when i turn my computer off and on it goes back to the windows classic theme and doesn't want to change back
