  • "Studies also show that kefir grain, used to start the cultured milk product kefir, also has anti-tumor activity. [Japanese Journal of Medical Science and Biology, 1982; 35] and kefir has been shown to stimulate the immune system. [Immunopharmacology, 1986; 12]"

I'm an ovo/lacto vegetarian and eat very limited amounts of eggs and dairy, but I have a hard time believing even small quantities of yogurt/kefir etc are as bad as claimed here, especially in light of their health benefits.

  • No Journal would publish stuff like this. Its in dissonance with mainstream academia.

Even Journal publishing is a business, and they are there to make a profit. They won't publish Dr.Clements stuff as it would not bring them any more revenue, but cause their good name to be tarnished.

Although, I wish Dr. Clement did post his research online, so it may be peer reviewed by other scientists who are open minded.

Our ancestors weren't eating meat that was fed genetically modified foods, shot full of hormones, kept in a confined space for their entire existence before being gutted while conscious.

You can't make a blanket statement that all vegans are unhealthy and deficient just like I cannot say all meat eaters are obese with high cholesterol.

Vegans comes in all shapes and sizes, some eat a more balanced diet than others, just like meat eaters.

  • @asexyboi4u Not extreme. Read the China Study...meat and dairy is killing us all. Follow the money: There's no money in healthy people, and there's no money in daed people. The money is in people who are alive, but sick. We've been fed propaganda our entire lives, so when someone tells us the facts (not truth, facts), we have cognitive dissonance.

  • Last winter I stayed in northern california with a wood stove in house and did nothing but lacto fermentation from raw dairy, collected the whey and made delicious probiotic drinks from apple juice, ginger juice, lemon nutmeg and had the cream cheese on rice toast with olive oil and peeper. Also made kimchee and beet kvass with its own probiotics on the leaf surface. It was a great period in my life and of good health. I believe they have at least a small place in the realm of food and nutrition

  • his sideburns makes him look like a villain

  • @eamon501 the key is source, and quality of food, not throwing out a category of food. Milk once pasteurized, no longer nourishes but can poison, same with cooking everything which changes food to mild poison.

  • @zenjirou Furthermore, when you make your own kefir, you don't have only acidophilus bacteria, buy millions upon millions, n maybe more like billions of strains that serve you n your gut and this is important due to medications/ poisons killing off these good organisms in gut, especially antibiotics. Also, some is better then none. Key to health is digestion and elimination, and keeping that in order / strong is a strong immune since not deficient but receiving your nutrients - low risk cancer

  • @zenjirou I happen to be a natural practitioner, i agree this guy may mean well but he's extreme. The lady mentioned that she makes her own kefir with grains with goats milk - EXCELLENT !! The "Dr." mentions that it's the casein in dairy products that is one of the culprits, yet kefir is a fermented dairy product that when the beneficial bacteria pre-digests the milk (ferments), it digests or converts the casein so there is little if any casein left in the kefir- actually prevents cancer

  • @canadianroot Speaking civilly, do you realize how incredibly stupid you look/your argument "Oh, Im not going to follow this guy because of his black suit and because he looks like some magician".. wtf is that?

  • @canadianroot LOL says the close-minded douche who gets "Disconnected" by a guy wearing a dark suit? LAWL!

  • @comicdweebify Somebody piss in your organic corn flakes this morning, Bud? Oh, by the way, I haven't eaten a hamburger in 30-40 years. You don't have any photographic evidence to the contrary, do you? My guess is you have the words "moron" and "tool" right there at the ready whenever you visit YT.
