  • hey paul, which would you say is harder: lifting the blob or closing the #3? I know its 2 different kinds of strengh but I've found that blob lifts have helped my gripper work tremendously

  • @Lehi145 for me the Blob is a lot harder ... but it can be opposite for some people. Thanks

  • Nice lift. Are you not meant to weigh yourself too?

  • @cactuscity I changes the rules .. sorry about that ... we are still tryng to iron things out ... I think the latest rules on the site explain that you could use a 25lb plate as an option

  • Great job Paul. have you noticed any carryover from your 2HP work to the blob lift?

  • @TJCombo67 I think so ... not any huge difference, but a little

  • paul have u ever tried to palm kettlebells? its a real good grip workout. its not much different then the blob, the heavier the kettlebell the bigger the gripping surface. i master the 40lbs kettlebell. it took me a few months. its somtime different to work your grip strengh. take care

  • Thats pretty badass how you guys man handle those blobs.Good solid lift.Awesome .
