well i appreciate the video and understand the concerns of "charlessmyth" as same would be my concerns if i was a citizen of the aid giving country because the credit crunch has badly affected the 1st world countries but u have to understand that it was the politics and wrong policies of the 1st world countries that led us to being a security state, so now it is your responsibility to get us out of that quagmire!! and as for Video, the large chunk of money is going to Higher Education Commission

Any aid gifted to Pakistan--apart from being food stolen from the mouths of US kids and their single moms--is a subsidy for the Pakistani military and the ongoing acquisition of nuclear weapons. Thus the best aid is NO AID, so that Pakistan is forced to be responsible. It is extraordinary that a technically bankrupt Pakistan can afford an independent nuclear weapons' programme, yet the government of the United Kingdom, has to think long and hard about it vis-à-vis severe public criticism.
