That was our first experience with fake blood. In fact, we tried a mix of grenadine syrup and clamato and we've been such satisfied of the results... if someone heard about something better, I would be happy to know it! Thank you

That did happen to someone (I watched it on on the discovery channel doco 'What are the odds') but they didn't die, The guy( or at least i think it was), while brushing his teeth, tripped and fell down a flight of stairs. The tooth brush ended up getting wedged in his throat. He was rushed to hospital and managed to survive.
