Celeste And Jesse Forever Official Trailer (2012) HD
More info: http://trailers.apple.com
Genre: Drama
Director: Lee Toland Krieger
Cast: Rashida Jones, Andy Samberg, Chris Messina, Ari Graynor, Will McCormack, Emma Roberts, Elijah Wood
Writers: Rashida Jones, Will McCormack
In theaters: August 3rd, 2012
Synopsis: Celeste (Rashida Jones) and Jesse (Andy Samberg) met in high school, married young and are growing apart. Now thirty, Celeste is the driven owner of her own media consulting firm, Jesse is once again unemployed and in no particular rush to do anything with his life. Celeste is convinced that divorcing Jesse is the right thing to do -- she is on her way up, he is on his way nowhere, and if they do it now instead of later, they can remain supportive friends. Jesse passively accepts this transition into friendship, even though he is still in love with her. As the reality of their separation sets in, Celeste slowly and painfully realizes she has been cavalier about their relationship, and her decision, which once seemed mature and progressive, now seems impulsive and selfish. But her timing with Jesse is less than fortuitous. While navigating the turbulent changes in their lives and in their hearts, these two learn that in order to truly love someone, you may have to let them go. The film is a humorous and honest examination of a broken heart and the long, hard road it takes to heal it.

I cried like 15 minutes in non-stop after the movie. Would cry in the process too, but it was too intense. It really made my heart hurt to see how people f*** up their own lives. And how a stupid mistake can have have a huge impact and become irreversible. It made me undertand that I should cherish my husband everyday and be less "right".

What hurt the most about this film was how real it was. Real life problems occur, like an unplanned pregnancy in this case, and change people's lives forever whether they're on board or not. Props to Samburgs and Jone's chemistry. 5 stars out of 5.

That's fucking impossible. If you got back together 3 weeks ago (the time you wrote this comment) and had been apart for a year, that means this movie wasn't even made yet.
