  • i loved this show.... but question...does anyone know the song/music that was used during miss harriets dream... it was the dance with the all white costumes....

    thanks

  • The music was original music by George Lewis, Jr. There were two songs in that section, one titled "Hold Me." George Lewis, Jr. has a CD out that contains this song. You can find him on myspace. - Jean Davidson, Executive Director, Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Dance Company

  • Oh my goodness! Those movements! You sir, and the whole company, are amazing! I had never seen or heard of you until today when I was checking out the Kennedy honourees. I am a fan!

  • @Billtjones thank u

  • I love Bowles' amazing puppet play "A Quarreling Pair" but I don't understand what on earth this dance has to do with it.

  • what are you talking about? It's just beautiful stuff. You do realize this has been incubating in Jones' mind for 15 years now, long enough to cover the expanse of "postmodern dance".

  • YES, YES, YES postmodern dance is truly dead and the age of pre-futurist dance has arrived.
