  • It's not only the quantity of water, but the rythm at which you drink it. If you drink one litre in 5 minutes, it will be out already within an hour. But if you take 2 hours to drink it, it will stay in the water for a longer of time. As Black people say: "You know what I'm sayin'?"

  • Hey there! Have you tried - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some super things about it and my cousin got ripped 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of fat with it.

  • i just like to eat though.... okay i have two weeks of vacation, today is tuesday and im just gonna drink my 8 glasses of water a day and nothing else but fruits.... and my moms dinner lol, oh and other HEALTHY foods, andim gonna work out...and im gonna LET EVERYBODY KNOW how much i lose. i am 164 or 165 right now :)

  • may advise to all of u,,eat less,more fruits and vegetables,regular exercise,drink plenty of water,enough sleep and sure u will loose weight 100 percent!

    1m 67 kg before and im now weigh 45 kg..i have one son already but still sexy hehe.. i also avoid eating chocolate,ice cream,and other sweet things..

    what u need to lose weight is disipline urself! try my advise and u will regret nothing..SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH,IM A FILIPINO :)
