you know mentally disabled people still have a mind it just doesnt work very well but these places take there mind completely with drugs they have no chance of rehabilitation and its outright torture. i'd rather die than be in this

This place to me seems to be where the cia preformed there mind controll programas and eltro shocks on kids and adults. Well to me it seems that way.

I hope that this doesn't still happen in USA. I'm in Ireland. I consider myself lucky as I hadn't institutionalized when I was formerly speech-impaired child. I was mute and accordingly had lost many years of normal education. I saved myself through self-teaching as I had aspirations to do well in life and live well. I desired dignity, which was once denied to me, but I fought against prejudices and obstacles. I persisted in everything and succeeded. My speech is now fine and so is my life.

First this video is beyond horrorfying. Second, i know I probibly shouldn't say this, but the narroater's voice terrifies me. I know that sounds selfish, but I wonder if the narrator frightens you.
