Procrastination -- For some of us our fear of failure is greater than our desire for success, in this segment Robin discusses how mini goals actually create timely result thus creating a motivation stream. A book is created one page, one chapter at a time. When you break it down into mini goals it is far less daunting than focusing on 70,000 words.
I never used to put things off , but now I spend most of my time studying about procrastination on YouTube and I never get anything done.

Starting at the same time of day helps me alot. It you set a time stick to it, you soon develop a conditioned reflex to work at that time of day. You soon develop the force of habit.

just freekin do it!!!!
the worst is to START doing it....its not so bad once youre doing it...so the trick is: WILL POWER in those first couple minute...those first few times until you turn it into a habit... WILL POWER in those first couple minutes is a small sacrifice that will surely make your life a whole lot sweeter.........IMAGINE THAT!!!!!!!!
